Procedure

Procedure of Visa

Students who wish to study in Australia must first select their preferred institution and carefully check the entry requirements of that institution. After choosing the course, the application process begins with preparing the required documents, including the English language test score. Depending on eligibility, a conditional or full offer letter is applied for from the chosen institution, which generally takes around 4–6 weeks. During this time, the institution may request additional documents if needed.

Once the offer letter is received, students must submit the required documents and financial evidence under the Streamlined Visa Process (SVP) and pay the applicable tuition fees, either for the first semester or one academic year, depending on the education provider. After successful verification of documents and payment, the institution issues the Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE), which is a mandatory document for the student visa application. The student then applies for the Australian student visa, ideally well before the course orientation date. After the visa is approved, students can confidently arrange their travel to Australia and begin their study journey.
